All summer long, Grand Traverse Humanists host bike rides on the first Sunday of the month. This month, we’ll bike the Betsie Valley Trail from Beulah to Frankfort and back. Trail distance is about 18 miles round trip. The trail is a mix of paved/asphalt and some dirt/crushed limestone surface, so skinny-tired road bikes are not recommended. Meet at the train station in Beulah at 10:30; ride to Frankfort for lunch at Stormcloud Brewing Company (or stop in Elberta to eat at the Cabbage Shed if people prefer). RSVP to Marlene via email.
