Join the Grand Traverse Humanists as they welcome Eric Patterson, co-chef/owner of The Cooks’ House restaurant in Traverse City. Eric’s talk is called “Why I Cook” and will discuss the importance of food in our culture.
Eric Patterson received his culinary education through an apprenticeship under Michelin star chef André Rochat. Eric has 36 years of cooking experience and earned one Michelin star with co-chef Jennifer Blakeslee at André’s French Restaurant in Las Vegas. Together Eric and Jennifer moved to Jen’s hometown of Traverse City to open The Cooks’ House.
