SUMMARY:G.T. Humanists Meeting: Inspired by Art
DESCRIPTION:The next meeting of the Grand Traverse Humanists will be a something a bit different. It’s called “Inspired by Art.”\n\nWe are planning to have time both for circulating and looking at members’ art (kind of an “art reception”) and for each person to talk about his or her individual art to the group. We plan to have a little fun with this meeting. Fancy hors d’oeuvres and faux champagne during the reception part\, and some background piano music. This will be a social event rather than our typical lecture.\n\nWe hope you’ll attend! And if you have art you’d like to share (of any type–painting\, drawing\, ceramics\, textiles\, photography\, topiary\, basket weaving\, whatever!)\, please contact Mark Elliott at 231-392-1215.\n\nPlease note this meeting will start at 5:30 p.m. instead of our usual 6:00.
